Summary: GUI: search query causes game list scrollbar glitches

Using latest svn r41329

After some searches, the scrollbar is rendered when it shouldn't.
In other cases, the scrollbar is rendered incorrectly.

1) Focus on the search box.
2) Type in a single character that will return a list smaller than the visible screen (for example 'z')
A scroll bar still appears
3) Click on the game list to make the scrollbar disappear.
4) Click on the search box again and type another character (e.g. z) to empty the list.
5) Delete the two characters.
Only the "red bar" part of the scrollbar is displayed.
