Summary: Use enviroment variables in scummvm.ini

Initial Comment:
It would be nice if one could use (system) enviroment variables in scummvm.ini. That would be handy in paths for example; saving games in the user's home directory.

I'm using the Windows port, but this might be interesting for other platforms as well.
