Summary: LSL5: Orphaned Pixels during Larry's First Taxi Ride

Initial Comment:
A number of white pixels are left over at the top of the screen above the normal play Graphics area after the cutscene with the Mafia board room meeting during Larry's first taxi ride. These then persist until the engine is closed with ScummVM i.e. save/load etc. does not clear them.
