Crashes immediately, even before intro page is displayed.

Error message - "ERROR: Could not load intro page!"

According to SHEILA.LB, the file needed is:
[Intro]
Page1.r="\DATA\CP\SRINTRO.MHK"

File is present and in the correct place.
