Summary: Extended Characters in Living Books Outline File Trips SVM

Initial Comment:
For some reason, in the French and German localizations of Just Grandma and Me, the localizers translated the language entries in the outline file. So while a normal file might have an entry like [French.Play] the translated files have names like [Français.Play] and [Deutsch.Play] These extended characters, specifically it seems to be ç (in français) and ö. (in französisch) seem to trip up Scummvm upon trying to load the game with a message in the scummvm console (the yellow one, not the command prompt) like this:

ERROR: ConfigFile::loadFromStream: Invalid character \'ç\' occurred in section name in line 63!

This prevents the user from being able to play the French and German versions of Just Grandma and Me in Scummvm. The English UK version however, works. I don\'t know if this happens in other Living Books games yet, I don\'t own them all yet. (Yet!)
