 Clicking plus and minus volume buttons in options menu does nothing. You
 have to click the button, hold and move it by one pixel to make it work.
 After that plus and minus buttons works properly (until you close and open
 options menu again).
 It also happens in DOSBox, so I guess it's original product bug... But it
 would be nice to fix this.
