 This is a new function that would be added the items tab of the pet and
 would make scrolling through large number of items faster/easier.

 This would add 2 buttons for fast scrolling the items to the left and
 right. This would become more useful as game progresses and more items are
 collected.

 The behavior would be that if the Left fast forward button were clicked
 then it would move the items 7 units to the right (or the view 7 to the
 left). Since the inventory holds 7 items. If there weren't 7 items to
 shift then it would just shift to the end/beginning. Similarly for the
 right fast-forward shift.

 I was thinking that this would be most useful for the items inventory. It
 could also be added for other spots were there is scrolling opportunities,
 but it won't help that much in those situations (chevrons, SGT
 furniture,...).

 It would function exactly how sherlock does it.
