[Scummvm-devel] Utils "List" template class

We can rename it to ScummList, sure. Though personally I'd much 
prefer putting it into its own "Scumm" namespace. Would anybody 
object to that?


There are various things I have to fix in there now anyway, so it'll 
be in my next commit.
