Hi Rob,
At the moment we are rewriting a large portion of the engine, so I
suggest you wait before doing any work on the project.
In any case, simply get a sourceforge account and pick a bug from the bug
list at http://www.sf.net/projects/scummvm. Then make a patch for your
bugfix or new feature and submit it to the Patch Tracker at the above URL.
You can also catch most of the developers on irc - #scummvm on
irc.openprojects.net
