There are also apparently some regressions which should be looked into  
(although I am not fully sure if they are iMuseDigital regressions or  
caused by other changes, e.g. changes made by me). See also

Another thing I noticed: if I am running a completely non-optimized  
(i.e. got rid of the default -O in the Makefile) version of ScummVM on  
my G4/400, then some things are of course quite slow. But on thing  
irritated me a bit: in The Dig, in e.g. the intro scene, when I talk to  
Maggie, then after each sentence Maggie or Low speak there is a  
relatively long delay. That delay goes away if I play with the  
optimized build. I wonder what is causing the delay. There shouldn't be  
any heavy computations there. So maybe this is caused by a thread sync  
issue ?
