[Scummvm-devel] 0.7.0 tagged & tarballs available

Kirben also noted the READMEs 'Known Issues' section hasn't been updated
yet. I'll look into this, retag, and post new tarballs. More info
soon :)

So please hold off on making/uploading builds for now.
