[Scummvm-devel] PSP port

The port solely uses the free/open-source PSPSDK (see the PSPSDK
README[1] for a more detailed explaination on what PSPSDK is) and other
libraries which are already linked into other ports of ScummVM (newlib,
SDL, libmad, libmpeg2, zlib, etc.).
Neither the port nor PSPSDK uses any proprietary Sony code or SDKs, so
there should be no legal issues in that regard.
The License[2] PSPSDK is released under doesn't seem problematic to me
either, but then I'm not an expert on these matters.
