Imuse is mostly finished except some tuning with engine, finish 3d
positioning of sound (only distance is done), and also support for
triggers for both cvs branches residual and scummvm.

It's finished (at least it's working), but it's not portable.

remove/fix buffer hack preventing buffer overflow in codec for some smush
anims. Look into smush source code for more info.

It's lack of ligthing in texture-mapping mode.
It need optimisations of usage 2d blitting.
