As I've explained, this is quite challenging task. Though usually
RE'ing at least at first stages is mainly one man work. Only later when
you, say, separate room loading, actors drawing, scripting code etc, it
would be possible for someone else to step in and work just on those
parts.

We have no one in the team with intimate knowledge of Famicom
internals. I know 6502 asm but that doesn't help much here. Quientust
is the right person of doing the job, but he is an outside contributor,
and plainly doesn't work to do it :).

So at least at this stage you're on your own. There are bunch of great
resources on Famicom, 6502 assembler and tricks of RE'ing its ROMs.
Mainly they are produced by different translation teams. Also there you
could ask more questions.

And with 2 free days per week and sincere devotion it's the task which
could be performed almost by anyone. Main thing which RE requires in
time and patience, skills are gainable there.
