[Scummvm-devel] Feature freeze. Bug hunting season is announced

Hi team,

0.8.0 is coming. Today I announced call for testers, and we need to
tighten our belts and pull new and fresh release out.

To do that now we need to resolve some issues. I'll put them according
to priority and will keep posting updated list in follow-ups to this
message, as well I invite you to participate in discussion on
individual bug tracker items, but that's usual.

Also this means that now we should be in feature freeze mode until we
make the release.

Fortunately the lists aren't that long. Moreover some of bugs are
reported with 0.7.x and may be already fixed in CVS. Please, take a look
at your own time schedule and try to squash couple bugs if time permits.
Each bug needs to be at least discussed before it will be removed from
these lists. Once we have all games tested and show stopper bugs fixed,
we will make a release. I raised priority on all show stoppers, but feel
free to lower it if you think it is wrong.

Also if you feel that you can't fix/don't have time to do it, and still
assigned to a bugreport, please, unassign yourself, so it will be
back in the pool.

Now is the list (disputable) of bugs to fix. I split them into 2 parts
"show-stoppers" and "nice to have fixed".
