I didn't list the few versions with less compatbility as I thought it would
be confusing to have only a few version specific targets mentioned and not
all versions specific targets.
Issues in games are already listed in more detail in the TODO in CVS and on
wiki.
The Monkey Island 2 demo is the only target left in the red, since it was
never meant to be playable. The demo should not be listed anyway, since it
isn't really usable at all and crashes part way through introduction.
The Commodore 64 version of Maniac Mansion isn't even usable, so should not
be mentioned at this stage.
