For the Fedora packages, I updated scummvm.spec and made a new spec file
for a tools package (scummvm-tools.spec) for in CVS.

Both are in the patch tracker: [ 1308891 ]

Current CVS builds fine on Fedora Core 2. I'll try it on a FC4 machine
as soon as possible as well.
