[Scummvm-devel] msvc6 project files

To my knowledge, I was the last dinosaur still clinging to MSVC6, and
the last remaining maintainer of the project files. I stopped
maintaining the project a year and a half ago, and even at that time,
the codebase was becoming increasingly incompatible with the
non-standards-compliant capabilities of MSVC6. I have since switched to
Bloodshed Dev-C++.
I agree that MSVC6 should become officially unsupported. We would just
have to continue to patch around feature sets that are based on code
that MSVC6 does not support.
Pawel, upon your removal of the project files, I would be happy to go
through and remove the old #ifdef workarounds I had put in to patch
around MSVC6-incompatible sections of the codebase.
Cheers,
