P.S. And I really don't feel like continuing this thread if we are  
only talking about Ctrl-A, because frankly, it's a waste of time  
given what we are talking about. So unless substantially new  
suggestions are brought up, I'll refuse to continue with this, but  
you are welcome to design a "common hotkey" infrastructure, and  
submit it as a patch to our patch tracker or add a Wiki page for it.  
I'd even be willing to help with it by giving constructive feedback.  
But as long as that doesn't happen, I have better ways to waste my  
time with ScummVM :-)
