That is exactly what I meant, all game engines should already be reporting
an error visually, when a save game failure occurs. Unfortunately that
feature request, doesn't even mention which game engine(s) have that issue.

Some game engines (i.e. AGOS) already report errors through the game's
load/save interface, and I think it would be best left that way. Unless we
eventually expand errors, to state exactly which error occurred on a system.
