I believe the idea was that these could merge into trunk once we call a release branch,
some encouragement for a release soon from a development POV (this is certainly NOT a change 
I would put in a release tree at the last minute, it needs proper testing). That was my intent, 
and presumably Eugenes whom I'm just echoing?

(Although my 'patches in trunk encourages development' philosophy has
been of debate in the past..

Hmm, yes Tools GUI would be nice. I have not yet checked it out yet, I
must do so.


Anyone had a breakthrough from our Documentation group yet?
*re-floats idea of building HTML documentation via Wiki to encourage
collaboration - possibly with a open discussion page or at least linked
directly to a sub-forum..*
