Sounds like a good idea, I'm all up for it :) Quite a lot of things have changed since 0.11.1 and we will keep to the 6-month release schedule
However there seem to be some slowdowns from 0.10.0 to 0.11.1 on handheld consoles (e.g. on PSP) - check the forums. Will those be addressed for the new release?
I too would like to see tinsel included, however I don't think it's ready yet (at least in its current form)
