Port builds and is in a fair state to my eyes. 

Starting to suffer under the strain of all the engines but I guess it's time
for a split build as I can't seem to get the dynamic plugin setup to play
nice with a static executable (and am rather low on free time right now). 

There are some snags when run on the last hardware revision of the GP2X F200
(just before it was discontinued) but as I don't have one it is rather hard
to fix.

Anyway, I'll get a test build out this week for wider testing and see if
there is anything lurking in the woodwork.
