I think for NintendoDS you have to use MP3, as for the Dreamcast. All
other ports should support OGG/Vorbis just fine AFAIK. I heard some
problems with certain OGG/Vorbis files on the Wii on our forums
though, dhweg, our Wii porter, might have some more information on
that.
