[Scummvm-devel] Enabling teen agent for testing

I think teenagent is pretty stable, completable and has small list of known issues. Robert wrote nice funny announce and we will post it as soon as I meet him online :)
Game could be completed and, I believe, does not have any major bugs, so it's ready for testing by community. Personally I have tested on linux x86_64 and PSP. 
Any feedback is welcome! :)
