[Scummvm-devel] GOG-Affiliate program, recent additions to website

Hi

I was going to write (complain :P) about the lack of notification on the  
mailing list but it has already been discussed, so it would be moot to do  
it again.

Anyway, could we add a further statement to the news item, saying what the  
- possible - outcome of this affiliate program will be used for? Strictly  
speaking there would be no obligation, but I guess transparency would be  
appreciated by the user/fan base. I was thinking of something like 'we  
will be able to buy new games to support', 'we will be able to cover  
hosting bills', 'we will be able to update our IDA licences' or such.
