Personally, I think we might as well go ahead and make the engine official.
It's stable, and been tested a lot. Even if the games themselves aren't yet
freeware, we might as well go ahead and make the engine itself official.

I'd argue against it. Although I haven't played with it much, there's been
so much on-going work on refactoring the engine, and making improvements,
that I think it would be better to leave it for the next version, and allow
the SCI team more time to finish making any core changes, and then work on
support for the majority of the SCI0/1 games, rather than just a select few
'supported' ones right now.
