Well, guys, there is really a gross misunderstanding.

Here is a quotation from the press release:

pr> Snowberry Connection and Société Pollene announce that the first
pr> three games in the legendary Goblins series are now available to
pr> every customer of Gobliiins 4 as a free bonus (only via digital
pr> distribution channels: Gamersgate and Impulse).

That is: the rights holders announce that for their game Gobliiins4
which were bought via Gamersgate or Impulse, there has to be provided
Gob1-3.

The press release was prepared and distributed by Snowberry Connection
PR department.

If we will talk abou Impulse, they already offer first three games as
bonus (see features section):

So what you, guys at GamersGate, need to do is contact Snowberry, who
provided you original distributable pack of Gob4 and ask about providing
Gob1-3 (it will be bundled with ScummVM). Perhaps this letter has to be
forwarded to some higher management.

We, ScummVM project, do not have the distirbution rights for any of the
Societe Pollene games, and our involvement in Gob4 production was
minimal, we only suggested the use ScummVM and answered couple of
techical questions.
