They ARE in the same project, but using something like  
"$(IntDir)\$(ParentName)_$(InputName).obj" would do the trick (aslong as  
the parent-directories of the respective files have different names).

And on another (pedantic) note, the graphics/iff.cpp should be rather  
called graphics/ilbm.cpp
