Hello Yuri, Gary,

Thanks for your suggestions on the manual structure Yuri. I quite  
like them.

I have updated the proposal and moved everything into a new Manual TO  
DO page (http://wiki.scummvm.org/index.php/User_Manual/TO_DO) and its  
discussion page. Feel free to edit those with your suggestions and to  
complete the list of task that need to be done if you see anything  
missing. You can also mark some of the tasks as yours if you want to  
do them.
