Just for your information, SAVEGAME.INF is obsolete, nowadays sword only 
uses "sword1.???" for save games. Of course we still have backwards 
compatibility to support old save games (or at least to convert them), 
so I guess it is not that important to have any special renaming there. :-)

Grepping through the code it seems that "iq-points" (or "iq-punkte" with 
my German version of the game), is somehow handled via game scripts, 
thus I am not sure in how far it is possible to change the name of the 
file. I guess someone with knowledge about SCUMM might give more 
information.
