Lately, there have been so much to do at work (particularly today, so if
I seem even more indifferent than usual, there *is* a reason for it),
and so many mails on this list, that my first reaction to this was,
"What question?"

For me, that's certainly true. Project administration is something I
have little or no interest in. I've been quite happy with the way it's
been handled so far though, but if it's causing people to burn out or
get overly frustrated, then something's obviously amiss.
If we can find people who are willing/able and can be trusted to handle
various administrative tasks, then I guess that's a good thing. But I
have no ideas about how to handle it.
