There appears to exist a magazine by that name at least:

According to the text, it is "Norway's most sold computer magazine,
for the regular computer user".

The link to "www.cdnett.no" takes you to a page with software
available to people who have bought previous issues.

So it seems legit to me, and there's no need to offer a cross-link
anyway...  :-)
