[Scummvm-devel] Suggestions for "before submitting a ticket" message

Hey,

The bug report page has this huge message about how to report a bug.

The "new patch" page already has a description, but it should include a 
link to <http://wiki.scummvm.org/index.php/Code_Formatting_Conventions>

The "new feature request" page doesn't have any message. It should at 
the least mention not to request new engines, and point to the FAQ.
