For me I am always using english ScummVM (albeit I am German) and I
would like to keep english language names there, as in newly added
games should still use english language names.

Or there might be if you select Russian GUI, add your game and then switch back to english GUI. Unless the translation is not done when adding a game but is done by parsing the game descriptions on the fly when you display the list of games. But I am afraid of the performances when you have a lot of games or are using ScummVM on a low-end device. So I don't want to do that.
