If they are "STR" files, then they contain a mix of audio mode sectors
(for the audio), and data sectors (for the video).  You can usually
read the video data by seeking past the audio sectors as you encounter
them (this works on Linux at least).  Reading the audio sectors is
probably more difficult when you treat the segment as a file...

If we lack support for the codecs, I can add them (it's basically
MJPEG for the video and ADPCM for the audio), but I suppose it's a bit
moot if we don't also make a portable mechanism for reading in the
data.
