That looks interesting. I had a quick look and I cannot see how to edit translition and/or submit changes. Did you limit it to a few users?
I will look at it more in details this week-end.

On the same topic I wanted to have a look at Pootle (see http://translate.sourceforge.net/wiki/pootle/index) but did not find the time yet. This project was mentioned by somebody on IRC several weeks ago.
