The NEWS file makes it look like a quite small update, so it should 
probably be updated. (Yes, I'm guilty of not doing that too, but I 
didn't consider my change that notable. :-)

How are we on bugs that should be fixed? The bug tracker still has quite 
a few with raised priorities, and there are ones with normal priority 
which are probably pretty easy to fix, e.g. "#3093750 - FT: Truck and 
Aircraft computer text missing", which only happens if you disable the 
game's subtitles.
