I'd go for that for now -- and simultaneously, file a bug report about the broken shop system that is making us do all this in the first place. 

Oh man, I still can't wrap my brain around the fact that they managed to mess up this basic feature *sigh*. Doesn't bode well for the platform, IMHO.
