Another change I had in mind: After the confusion caused with the mixed
Adlib/MIDI checkbox and digitized sound effects, I would like to disable
that feature in both master and 1.4.1 and default to digital sounds, until
the GUI has support for custom game options. Any objections to this? If
not, I'll do this later today
