Hi all,

Found some time during lunch yesterday and today to rewrite the #scummvm 
logs site.

Specific improvements:

* Themed with the normal theme (now matches forums, buildbot, etc)
* Year now updates automatically (After years of hassling by clone2727)
* Date rollover now works in GMT, so site will no longer roll-over to 
the next month too early (Reported by digitall/)
* Strips high/low ASCII - fixes some browsers treating plain text logs 
as binary (Reported by DrMccoy, diagnosed by fuzzie)

Apart from the HTML colourisation, the code is a complete rewrite, so 
there may be a few new bugs.
It should be a bit more mature than the previous log site, and was done 
on a whim, so please let me know if you find any bugs!
