[Scummvm-devel] R: Release 1.3.1 -- Tagging tomorrow

Hi Sev,

can we tag on the week-end?

So developers can leverage some more free time on Saturday / Sunday to tune-up
engines & platforms, and run the final tests.

At least for me, although I'm sure it's a superior solution, git makes it more
time-consuming to check stuff in.

Please let me know.
