Actually, that was working quite well at a point, I thought. There were some minor stuff I had not yet ported over from the custom NDS buildsystem to configure. But I stopped trying further; on the one hand, because I had no good way to test stuff: the NDS emulator never really worked well for me (I never could figure out how to perform *any* input, so all I could test was that the ScummVM launcher loads properly ;). And on the other hand, since it worked well enough to test compilation on buildbot, and Neil did not seem to be interested overly much in trying to use the "configure" based builds.

But in principle, I think it should be perfectly doable making a perfect replica of the custom NDS builds via configure, with relatively little effort; the hardest part is verifying that you really transferred every quirk and twist of the custom build system correctly.
