Hi! What source are you basing the port on, there is one old SDL port out there, and then another enhanced version of that.(with lots of enhancements and tweaks)
I think its like an actionstrategy game, more than an adventure game, but it would probably fit with in the ScummVM architecture as a point and click game as such.
So not really ScummVM cup of tea, but I guess would n't break the ScummVM game ideal to much. :-)
best regardsLars

Subject: [Scummvm-devel] Asking for your opinion - The Clue! engine

Hi team,

I recently found the sources of The Clue! on the net. http://www.mobygames.com/game/clue/screenshots

This games was released in 1994, and the company behind it (NEO) published the sources later, and allowed the download of the full game on their site (with the extension). The company has been absorbed by Rockstar in the meantime, and every mention of this game has been deleted.

This game is partially a 2D point&click adventure game, and has some parts which are more strategy-oriented. It's multi-platform (PC-Amiga) and multi-language.

Fingolfin and _sev have nothing in particular against (nor pro) this game at this point, so before starting anything, your opinion is needed, so that no time is wasted on that game if he is to be rejected. I do not plan to start seriously before this summer, but of course if someone is motivated and has free time, we could start earlier too.

Thanks in advance for your feedback

Best regards,
Strangerke
