Hi all,


I made some final adjustments to the Picture engine:

Changes (throughout the entire history of the engine):
* removed DOS line endings
* removed $URL$/$Id$ svn keywords
* removed executable bits
* removed the integration patch from history


...and then I did a rename of the Picture engine to Toltecs:

https://github.com/wjp/scummvm/tree/toltecs

Rename changes:
s/picture/toltecs/ s/Picture/Toltecs/ s/PICTURE/TOLTECS/
in commit messages, file names, directory name, file contents
