[Scummvm-devel] SOPA protest page

Hello

With the imminent SOPA legislation, people on IRC proposed that we should
join the anti-SOPA protest that pages like wikipedia are doing.

I've made a quick mock-up of this for the ScummVM page. It's a hack right
now (it runs the main page in an iframe), as it's difficult to create a
subpage with a different look in our CMS, plus, the version of jQuery we
got (1.3.1) is quite old, so a function that is used for the fade in effect
is missing (it was added in jQuery 1.4.1). The extra code needed is very
little, and it's quite easy to insert it in our main template (index.tpl).

I have blatantly copied and modified wikipedia's SOPA text, and the purple
tentacle doesn't look that nice with a black background...
