[Scummvm-devel] We need to upgrade our forums

I don't find it nice that this textual confirmation has been added without
some sort of vote. It's ineffective, and blocks legitimate users from
registering. Please, remove it, we need something that won't prevent people
from registering. Once human spammers find out about this secret keyword,
they'll just redistribute it among them. So, IMHO, this isn't a viable
solution.
