[Scummvm-devel] remove macro conflict in system headers

This is also apparently an issue with the Avalanche engine as well. As I
said in the bug report, I'm a bit leery of doing mass renames of the remove
method throughout the engine just for the sake of a single system,
particularly since it's a common word, without even any underscore
prefixes. Hopefully, a compilation workaround could be found for Symbion to
work around this problem?

I'm still a little unclear on how this problem is first occurring. Symbion
does have a 1.6 release, and TsaGE has been include in releases for several
versions. So why exactly is this a problem now?
