[Scummvm-devel] CGE2 Engine

Hello everybody! :)

Sorry for the delay, I absolutely forgot to announce my recent merge
request, so here we go:

This summer, my Google of Summer project was CGE2 engine, which supports
the second game of L.K Avalon, Sfinx. (The first was Soltys, supported by
CGE engine.)

Please, take your time to check my work! I really appreciate every comment
