Eugene,
Seems reasonable, but we should be sure that our porters for our
officially supported platforms have time to deal with this:
http://wiki.scummvm.org/index.php/Platforms

If not, we have the options of either:
1. Postpone the release until they do have time.
2. For porters who are unresponsive or admit they don't have time, we
should seek further porters for those platforms and/or replacements
to take over any orphaned ports.
3. Continue as the last few releases and just let any ports not actively
maintained lag the latest release until we get a new porter step
forward and provide an updated release.

Personally, I would prefer that the Core Team choose the second option
here which is to actively engage and expand our porters into porter teams...

Any thoughts or views on this?

Thanks,
David Turner
